THE CONCEPT |
| |
| |
Co-operatives instill a sense of ownership among people, and help the small consumer band together to help one another. |
| |
| |
In the early 1960s, the low income public employees called upon the leaders of AUPE to form a thrift & loan co-operative because they could not get loans from existing thrift & loan co-operatives. |

| |
We have since fulfilled our basic obligation and new services and benefits have been introduced from time to time during the last 38 years. |
| |
| |
The growth in membership to nearly 13,000 members is testimony to the trust and faith that members have in our Co-operative. |
